Technical Requirements
1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pipes shall conform to GB/T 3620.1.
2. The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of pipe shall conform to the provisions of table 1.
3. The allowable deviation of pipe wall thickness shall not exceed ±12.5% of its nominal wall thickness, and the allowable deviation of pipe wall thickness shall not apply to the welding seam of titanium welded pipe.
4. The length of the pipe shall comply with the provisions of table 2.
5. The fixed length or multiple length of the pipe shall be within the range of its variable length. The allowable deviation of the fixed length shall be +10 mm . Double foot length should also be included in the cut amount of pipe cutting, each cut amount should be 5 mm.
