 Technical requirements

1: the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bar shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3620.1, and the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3620.2 when repeated testing is required.

2. The diameter or side length of hot-processed bar and its allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions of table 1.

3. The allowable deviation of the diameter of the cold-drawn bar after hot processing by turning (grinding) polished bar and cold rolling bar shall comply with the provisions of table 2.

4. After hot processing, the roundness of the polished bar after grinding should not be more than half of its dimensional tolerance.

5: the indefinite ruler length of processed bar is 300-6000 mm, the indefinite ruler length of annealed bar is 300-2000 mm, and the fixed ruler or multiple ruler length should be within the range of indefinite ruler length. The allowable deviation of fixed ruler length is +20 mm;Double measure length shall also be included in the cut amount of bar, and each cut amount shall be 5 mm. Fixed measure or double measure length shall be indicated in the contract.
