The Monel K500 has the following characteristics:
Monel K500, also known as Uns N05500, has the same corrosion resistance as the alloy 400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness. It has good heat-resisting corrosion resistance and long-term microstructure stability. It is mainly used for the manufacture of turbine blades and gas turbine blades with operating temperatures under 750 ℃ in Aero engines;Used for the manufacture of fasteners and springs on ships;Pump and valve parts on chemical equipment;Scraping blades on paper-making equipment.
